Taking advantage of mass production and economies of scale, we offer a selection of low-cost wind tunnels. Please provide us with your required wind speeds, exhaust/test section dimensions, and flow quality, and we can customize the flow conditioner and nozzle to suit your needs.
CWT Series: A Modular Multi-Fan Wind Tunnel


The CWT Series provides a vast range of possible flow areas by combining multiple modular units together. Using mass produced parts, this type of wind tunnel can be made at a lower cost than previously possible, and it can be more easily reconfigured or transported in case your needs change in the future. This type of wind tunnels have many uses in aerospace, automobile, bicycle, and construction industries and more.
*The nozzle will be the main custom built part of the wind tunnel, based on your required dimensions.

SWT-80

A small-scale wind tunnel that is used for instrument calibration or miniature tests. The smallest models can be powered by single phase lines.

・Aero Optim Series: Short-Distance Rectification Wind Tunnel Units



This is a wind tunnel utilizing our in house short-distance flow rectification technology. This is the most compact, high flow area wind tunnel system in our lineup.
The Aero Optim is a modular wind tunnel unit can be stacked together to make the test section as small or as large as necessary. Its design allows you to expand your test section in the future, disassemble the units for storage or transportation, and reassemble or reassign them for new requirements.
Aero Optim units are currently available for use for bicycle and drone testing (the links will direct you to the testing center in Numazu).
*Unlike the CWT series, the Aero Optim series wind tunnel do not offer optional nozzles to boost wind speed.
