Smoke Machine
This device creates smoke for flow visualization. The smoke is supplied from the long and
slim nozzle. The long
nozzle is evenly heated by multiple heaters to prevent the smoke from liquefaction in
the nozzle. The density
of the smoke, flow rate and flow speed can be adjusted. By using these functions, you
can match the smoke flow
speed to the main airflow speed, which is ideal. The smoke liquid is adjusted so the
density of the smoke is
about as same as atmosphere.

Usage Examples
Our smoke machine has a mixing mechanism to mix air and smoke liquid-vapor. This mechanism
makes it possible
to variate the density of the smoke, flow rate, and flow speed at the same time.
The long nozzle is evenly heated by multiple heaters to prevent the smoke from liquefaction in
the nozzle.
This photo shows a flow visualization test on a motorcycle.
The smoke vapor used in the smoke machine is harmless to humans and animals. It can be used in
flow
visualization tests including human beings. (Please refrain from intentionally breathing in
large quantity of
smoke vapor)
The control panel is simple and user-friendly.
The control box is connected to the nozzle unit by 3 cables (air tube, liquid tube, and the
power cable).
The cables can be detached easily.
The cables can be stored in the control box.
